All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using Aramex, Bosta or DHL depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 2 to 4 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

In Egypt, returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days. Defective or wrong items are free to return. If you wish to exchange your order, the exchange fees will be 70 LE. If you wish to refund it and receive your money back, 140 LE will be deducted from the total fees paid (70 LE shipping paid the first time + 70 LE refund fees charged by the courier company to pick up the product and return the money back). *The rates above are applied on Cairo’s shipping rate; these rates will differ according to your area. *To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
