I just placed an order, when will it ship?
For orders within Egypt:
Delivery takes 3-5 working days (weekends and official holidays are excluded).
For orders within Asia/Middle East:
Delivery takes 5-7 working days (weekends and official holidays are excluded).
For orders within Canda/United States:
Delivery takes 5-7 working days (weekends and official holidays are excluded).
What are the delivery fees?
For orders within Egypt:
- Shipping is 60 LE to 6th of October, Cairo, Giza & Helwan.
- Shipping is 70 LE to Alexandria, Beheira, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, Kafr El-Sheikh, Monufia, Qalyubia & Sharqia.
- Shipping is 80 LE to Ismaila, Port Said & Suez.
- Shipping is 90 LE to Aswan, Asyut, Beni Suef, Faiyoum, Luxor, Minya & Qena.
- Shipping is 165 LE to Matrouh, New Valley, North/South Sinai & Red Sea.
For all other countries:
Once you select your country upon your order checkout, you will find the shipping rate stated.
How can I track my order?
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after. This email will provide details about your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an update with a tracking number to follow your package until it arrives.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
For orders within Egypt:
Refund/exchange is possible on any defective, damaged or wrong product without any deduction fees. If you would like to return a product because you don't like it, you can exchange or return the product within 7 days from the day you receive it. If you wish to exchange it with another product, the exchange fees will be 60 LE. If you wish to refund it and receive your money back, 120 LE will be deducted from the total fees paid (60 LE shipping paid the first time + 60 LE refund fees charged by the courier company to pick up the product and return the money back).

Can I cancel my order?
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or autofilled an incorrect address, don’t panic as one of our team members calls you before the order is shipped to confirm the order. You can inform them with the modification you’d like to make. Alternatively, you can inform the courier about the new address.
