In Egypt, returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days. Defective or wrong items are free to return. If you wish to exchange your order, the exchange fees will be 100 LE. If you wish to refund it and receive your money back, 200 LE will be deducted from the total fees paid (100 LE shipping paid the first time + 100 LE refund fees charged by the courier company to pick up the product and return the money back). *The rates above are applied on Cairo’s shipping rate; these rates will differ according to your area. *To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
