All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using Aramex, Bosta or DHL depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 3 to 4 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! In Egypt, returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days. Defective or wrong items are free to return. If you wish to exchange your order, the exchange fees will be 100 LE.
